Step 3: Custom Fabrication
The fabrication process begins in our fabrication shop. All work is performed in-house using professional-grade equipment to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a high-quality finish.
1. Cutting: We begin by cutting your slab using the Yukon II Bridge Saw from Park Industries, known for its precision and durability. This allows us to cut stone accurately to your exact dimensions.
2. Fabrication: Our team completes custom detailing such as sink and cooktop cutouts, faucet holes, and edge profiles, using high-precision tools. Pieces are then checked together before polishing to ensure all sections fit seamlessly, especially across seams or multi-part installations
3. Polishing: The final stage includes polishing the surface and edges to your desired finished-polished, honed, or leathered. A sealant is applied (if applicable) to enhance the stone's natural beauty and protect it from everyday use. **polished (high-gloss), honed (matte), leathered (textured).
