Step 2: Template and Estimate

Once you've selected your stone, we move on to measurement and pricing. You can choose what works best for your project:

Professional Templating: Want a hands-off approach? We can visit your home or job site to take precise measurements, then we will provide a detailed estimate before moving forward.

Self-Templating: Click the button as a guide to measure and sketch your layout. Send us your dimensions and we'll create an estimate based on your material and design.

Step 3: Custom Fabrication

The fabrication process begins in our fabrication shop. All work is performed in-house using professional-grade equipment to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a high-quality finish.

1. Cutting: We begin by cutting your slab using the Yukon II Bridge Saw from Park Industries, known for its precision and durability. This allows us to cut stone accurately to your exact dimensions.

2. Fabrication: Our team completes custom detailing such as sink and cooktop cutouts, faucet holes, and edge profiles, using high-precision tools. Pieces are then checked together before polishing to ensure all sections fit seamlessly, especially across seams or multi-part installations

3. Polishing: The final stage includes polishing the surface and edges to your desired finished-polished, honed, or leathered. A sealant is applied (if applicable) to enhance the stone's natural beauty and protect it from everyday use. **polished (high-gloss), honed (matte), leathered (textured).

Step 4: Installation

Once your stone has been fabricated, our installation team bring everything for final placement. We align seams, install sinks, and complete backsplashes - ensuring your countertops are secure and finished. Most installations are completed in a single day, but complex layouts or multi-room projects may require additional time.
